I get to know members of the community way better and get a better understanding of the server and how it works. I don't know why but I have always been so satisfied whenever helping others and making their experience on the server better. Sure, being a moderator can be tedious at times and sometimes extremely annoying but personally, the benefits far outweigh the burdens that come with being staff. [color=#3498db]What do you think you can bring to the staff team:[/color] I am someone who is willing to help others and ensure that players have a great experience on the server. I am someone who has great communication skills and I can deescalate tense situations. I am fairly experienced with Garry's mod staffing and could even help teach new moderators the basics. [color=#3498db]List the 3 most important rules in your opinion, and give reasons why you think they are important:[/color] Community rule #1 is by far one of the most important in my eyes. Respect of everyone is absolutely necessary to a successful server and without having respect in a community, it will quickly become toxic. Community rule #2 is extremely important because some forms of hacking can completely destroy a server's integrity such as ddos or other forms of server attacks. General rule #3 (failrp) is an extremely important rule because failrp is one of the most common broken rules and often goes unpunished by many staff members. Players who choose to failrp or minge during extremely inappropriate times can ruin the whole experience for others who are trying to roleplay.
